As a Lead Mechanical Engineer - Critical Facilities, you will serve as the Engineer of Record for assigned projects, leading coordination meetings and managing project budgets, schedules, and staff oversight. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive employee evaluations regularly. Serving as the Engineer of Record on specific projects. Supporting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in technical training and mentoring initiatives. Coordinating and delegating projects to the engineering team, focusing on system design and engineering. Establishing design standards, specifications, and project criteria. Overseeing the engineering team's performance and task execution. Managing construction administrative duties, including field reports, RFIs, and other documentation. Collaborating with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and ensure timely client payments. Monitoring all communication among staff, clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Contributing to the firmwide Expert Teams committee.
