Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Lifecycle & CRM Lead to take charge of the entire customer journey post-registration, focusing on activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and referral. This is a unique opportunity to build and innovate without constraints, providing a direct impact on the key metrics that drive our business.
Retention is as critical as acquisition; a 10% enhancement in churn equates to the financial impact of acquiring an additional 10% of customers at zero cost. This role serves as that pivotal lever.
As an individual contributor, your responsibilities will include:
Managing activation flows from registration to conversion into paying customers.
Designing and refining onboarding sequences from purchase to receiving the first blood results.
Developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies from start to finish, including crafting compelling copy.
Establishing customer segmentation logic and scaling behavioral personalization.
Enhancing subscription renewals and boosting repeat purchase rates.
Revamping and optimizing our underperforming referral program.
Monitoring and analyzing retention metrics, conducting cohort analyses, and evaluating NPS and LTV across all lifecycle programs.
