Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in closing significant Paid-in-Full deals and negotiating monthly contracts. Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out sales opportunities and consistently achieve or exceed sales benchmarks.
- Contractual Sales: Close high-value deals with confidence and expertise, particularly those exceeding thousands.
- Customer Interaction: Engage every customer with enthusiasm and confidence, delivering personalized service while building strong relationships.
- Product Mastery: Maintain thorough knowledge of our product offerings, providing customized solutions tailored to customer needs.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce software is preferred. Manage leads and your sales pipeline efficiently using Salesforce CRM.
- Closing Expertise: Showcase outstanding closing abilities to seal deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet store objectives and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Flexibility: Adapt promptly to evolving sales strategies and market conditions to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Merchandising: Contribute to the organization and aesthetic appeal of the sales floor to attract and engage customers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales or high-ticket retail sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive mindset with a relentless drive to succeed.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Proven history of selling Contracts and large Paid-in-Full transactions.
