Responsibilities:Lead a team of Specialists, ensuring high-quality, low-friction concierge support for both development studios and internal business partners. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Studio Outsourcing Managers, InfoSec Analysts, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that partner arrangements meet project specifications, budget constraints, and organizational policies. Identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies for team operations and service delivery. Maintain a detailed database of vendor engagements and associated costs, presenting metrics as required to PSS colleagues. Qualifications:At least 8 years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated ability in team leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment.

Role Overview

The Partner Sourcing Group (PSG) at PlayStation Studios supports development teams by providing services, tools, and processes that help coordinate internal efforts and manage costs. PSG acts as the link between business functions to ensure partners are onboarded efficiently.

The Manager of Partner Sourcing (M3) will work closely with the Director of Partner Sourcing to deliver concierge services to SIE studio clients. This manager will also lead a team of Specialists who support the wider organization and vendor partners.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and enhance concierge services for PlayStation Studios’ development teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of Specialists who provide support across the organization and to vendor partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration between vendors, studio clients, and internal business partners in Information Security, IT, Finance, and Legal.
