The Strategic Valuation & Modeling team, recognized for its expertise by our corporate and private equity clients, is seeking a Manager to lead multidisciplinary advisory missions (finance, accounting, taxation, legal), mentor and train teams, and contribute to the growth of Eight Advisory.
The successful candidate will manage daily project operations, particularly in the following areas:
Valuation of securities or assets for transactions (fairness opinions) or tax/legal reorganization;
Assessment of intangible assets (purchase price allocation, brand evaluation, intellectual property valuation for implementing transfer pricing policies, etc.);
Valuation of financial instruments (Management packages);
Modeling (project financing, LBO, public-private partnerships, business plans, etc.).
You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities and developing our business. As such, you will have a privileged relationship with our clients during project execution.
