About this role
As a Manager in our Shanghai team of Data Science Consultants, you will be a pivotal member of the Leadership Team APAC, responsible for cross-functional initiatives within a vibrant and evolving environment.
Your primary focus will be on developing and managing new accounts, including some of our largest and most intricate clients, while delivering analytics projects that facilitate significant, value-driven transformations.
This role demands strong client relationship-building skills, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborating closely with the General Manager of Shanghai, you will contribute to the company's growth and overall health by delivering thought leadership and supporting strategic objectives.
You will also lead prospecting activities, leveraging your expertise to identify and create new business opportunities for Ekimetrics.
In addition, you will take charge of operational leadership on strategic initiatives related to Innovation, Thought Leadership, and Human Resources.
Your people management responsibilities will involve coaching and developing a team of data science consultants, ensuring they remain motivated and have clear paths for growth.
