About this Role:
In the role of Manufacturing Engineer, your primary focus will be to enhance manufacturing processes, apply innovative production techniques, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with robust technical knowledge, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine manufacturing systems, contributing to the delivery of innovative and dependable products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Implementation:
Convert design specifications into clear, step-by-step manufacturing and testing procedures for day-to-day use by floor technicians.
Collaborate with design and quality engineering teams to ensure production processes align with safety, quality, and design standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Offer technical support and training to production staff.
Process Optimization:
Leverage productivity metrics and technician feedback to refine manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Engage in research and development initiatives to integrate new technologies and materials into the manufacturing process.
