Key Responsibilities:Oversee client communications effectively. Develop method statements and risk assessments for construction activities, ensuring compliance with HVAC project criteria. Coordinate with the project team to schedule and sequence pipework installations. Manage project budgets, validate handover from estimating, and facilitate technical procurement of equipment and subcontractors. Document and cost changes to work scopes while preparing monthly valuations and final accounts. Collaborate on project schedules, maintaining a two-week look ahead with the project team. Ensure adequate labor resources are in line with project requirements. Adhere to compliance and governance standards, particularly regarding:Health & Safety regulations on-site, ensuring all subcontractors operate safely. Reviewing operational procedures to enhance safety measures. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping by all subcontractors. Qualifications:Essential: Relevant Mechanical Qualification (e.g., B. Eng Degree, City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ). Desirable: Experience in a similar role within a Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment. Advantageous: Previous work in data centre projects. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
