Your Responsibilities
The Membership Sales & Retention Specialist will proactively engage with current and former members through outreach calls. You will focus on strengthening relationships, renewing memberships, and uncovering opportunities to enhance member value through FoundersCard’s diverse benefits and experiences.

This role demands high energy and a performance-driven approach, requiring daily outbound engagement, in-depth product knowledge, and a consultative method to ensure customer success.

Your Duties
- Make 100+ outbound calls each day to existing and former members aimed at driving renewals and ensuring member retention.
- Clearly articulate the value of FoundersCard membership and its extensive benefits.
- Re-engage inactive or lapsed members through professional and persuasive dialogue.
- Maintain a daily pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities utilizing CRM tools.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or extend membership terms.
- Address member feedback and objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Candidate Profile
- At least 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, account management, or retention-focused roles.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing performance metrics within a sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A professional and confident telephone presence, capable of building rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid team environment (in-office 4 days per week in Spring, Texas, remote 1 day per week).
