Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to spearhead SharkNinja’s Amazon US business on a national scale. This role is crucial for overseeing the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of one of our most significant retail partnerships. You will be responsible for driving top-line growth, enhancing profitability, and increasing market share through the effective execution of SharkNinja’s “Amazon Obsessed with Winning” strategy while managing our day-to-day relationship with Amazon Vendors.

As the general manager of the Amazon account, you will take charge of promotional, pricing, and assortment strategies, sharing responsibilities for forecasting and managing profitability. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional cross-functional leadership, possess advanced expertise in Amazon operations, and have the capability to convert data and insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own the national Amazon account strategy, aligning SharkNinja’s enterprise goals with actionable plans for sustained growth and market share gains.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Amazon Vendor Manager, forging trusted partnerships that shape category strategies, joint business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews with Amazon.
