About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Operations Associate to become a vital part of our Operations team in France. In this role, you will play an essential part in the daily execution of our internal processes, ensuring that our operations remain consistent, reliable, compliant, and continuously improving.
You will be a cornerstone in enabling us to provide exceptional service to both riders and customers while maintaining efficiency and a data-driven approach.
Your Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team with diverse cross-functional exposure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Process Execution & Ownership: Manage and execute core operational workflows (e.g., rider support, compliance checks, contract processes, incident tracking) with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate individual rider cases, compliance alerts, or customer incidents (e.g., order flow breakdowns) to determine underlying causes and contribute to process improvement or incident resolution.
- Rider Support Operations: Address escalations and investigate rider-related inquiries, ensuring thorough documentation and resolutions that align with internal policies and service standards.
- Data-Driven Monitoring: Monitor operational KPIs, identify trends or anomalies in performance or quality metrics, and assist in reporting and operational visibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or gaps and contribute to enhancing internal tools, processes, and documentation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with local and European teams (Care, Policy, Commercial, Product, etc.) to facilitate smooth coordination and knowledge-sharing.
