We are actively seeking qualified candidates in anticipation of upcoming hiring opportunities, and your application will be reviewed and retained for potential future consideration.We are on the lookout for a Senior Environment Artist with leadership capabilities to enhance our team! You'll be responsible for developing game-ready environment art from concept to completion: planning and kit strategy → modeling → materials/textures → set dressing → implementation in a proprietary or commercial engine. This senior-level, production-oriented position includes leadership responsibilities: you will set quality benchmarks, develop standards, conduct reviews, manage workflows, ensure alignment with client expectations, mentor junior artists, and proactively resolve production challenges. We value positive, inclusive communicators who can foster clear and constructive dialogue while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.90-Day Success MetricsIn your first 90 days, you will:Effectively operate in UE5 or quickly adapt to a proprietary engine, delivering high-quality work that meets project constraints.Produce a polished, shippable set of environment content (such as a modular kit, hero set, or key scene slice) that aligns with the project's artistic direction and performance objectives.Gain trust as a senior artist by providing actionable feedback, creating reusable examples/templates, and enhancing team consistency and productivity.Proactively identify potential risks related to environment creation (scope, workflow gaps, performance constraints) and propose actionable solutions in collaboration with Art Direction, Tech Art, and Production.Daily ResponsibilitiesCraft high-quality environment assets and scenes (architecture, organic environments, kits, hero props, set dressing) optimized for real-time performance.Ensure the excellence of materials: trim sheets, tileables, layered materials, vertex blends, and reusable material functions as needed.Manage scene/asset optimization, including LOD strategy, streaming considerations, draw calls, and overall memory usage.
