With our AP Automation and VendorPay Network, we empower companies to accelerate their payment cycles.Position OverviewAs the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will oversee all facets of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Collaborating closely with senior leadership across Product, Sales, Payment Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering, you will provide crucial financial insights to support strategic decision-making, uphold data integrity, and ensure fiscal responsibility. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing SaaS and payments revenue unit economics, optimizing margins, and enhancing our FP&A operations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ForecastingLead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning initiatives.Create intricate financial models that encompass both SaaS and payments revenue streams, integrating cash flow forecasts and sensitivity analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.Provide strategic financial insights and planning assistance to C-suite executives and departmental leaders.Business Partnership & Decision SupportAct as the principal finance partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to assess initiatives, pricing models, customer acquisition strategies, and critical SaaS/Payment metrics.Collaborate with the Sales team on commission structures, quota determinations, and sales performance evaluations.Work alongside Product and Payments teams to assess the financial implications of new features, pricing adjustments, and payment partner contracts.Analyze performance metrics for SaaS and payments, including ARR/MRR, gross margins, retention rates, interchange revenues, and take rates.Support product monetization strategies and compliance initiatives related to payments and fintech.Reporting & InsightsDevelop and manage dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into financial and operational performance across SaaS and payments sectors.Create sophisticated models to evaluate key SaaS metrics, including ARR, NDR, CAC, and the Magic Number.Refine models for essential payments KPIs like GPV, Take Rate, and others.
