Our success stems from a culture of creativity, ethical practices, and the unwavering dedication of our employees towards the company's mission of positively impacting lives.As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Engineering Team Manager to join our Utilities team at our Sapes facility.In your role as the Senior Engineering Team Manager, you will oversee the compliant, safe, and efficient operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical utilities and production equipment. This position is pivotal in ensuring adherence to GMP, regulatory standards, and our Quality Management System (QMS), while fostering uninterrupted manufacturing and continuous enhancement of utility systems vital to product quality.Your Responsibilities Include:Facilitating internal, external, and regulatory audits concerning utilities, maintenance, and engineering systems.Guaranteeing the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all pharmaceutical utilities, including HVAC systems (Chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, Pumps), Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Clean and Black steam, and Compressed air and gases (N2, LPG), as well as electrical power and backup systems (Generator, UPS).Overseeing maintenance schedules for production machinery and utilities to ensure the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and GMP-compliant records for maintenance, calibration, and improvements.Ensuring all utilities remain validated while supporting qualification and requalification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) as necessary.Managing maintenance tasks related to utilities within production and quality control areas to meet GMP environmental and operational standards.Addressing equipment and utility deviations, failures, and alarms in a timely manner.
