Sales Development Representative (Part-time)

Industry Focus: IT Managed Services & Security (B2B)
Role Overview: In this role, you will take the lead in generating and nurturing warm leads through strategic outreach via the client’s CRM and lead lists. Your main goal will be to schedule qualified introductory meetings for the inside sales team by effectively communicating the client's IT and security services, particularly focusing on the healthcare and legal sectors. You will adhere to the client’s EST business hours and utilize the provided training materials to ensure alignment with the company’s messaging and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Conduct prospect outreach using the provided lead lists to secure introductory meetings.
2.) Utilize the company’s CRM (PSA tool) to track leads, maintain notes, and manage follow-ups.
3.) Review and utilize “short sheets” (one-pagers) to grasp service offerings and effectively communicate value to prospects.
Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in B2B Sales.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data consistency.
• Proven ability to meet daily productivity targets and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in effective outbound outreach.
• Proficient in using CRM tools.
Technical Requirements:
• USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
• Functional webcam.
• Primary and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with a minimum of 4GB RAM.
• Primary Internet service speed: minimum 25 Mbps wired connection.
• Backup Internet service speed: minimum 10 Mbps.
