What You’ll Do: Lead and execute joint marketing initiatives with local channel partners in Japan to facilitate pipeline growth and enhance partner engagement. Strategize and implement partner-driven campaigns, which may include events, webinars, and co-branded projects. Oversee the entire program lifecycle, encompassing planning, KPI setting, performance monitoring, and ROI enhancement. Develop and fortify partner relationships while broadening partner involvement across the Japanese ecosystem. Assist in cloud partner marketing efforts (AWS, Google Cloud) by localizing and executing global strategies within Japan. Work effectively across functions, collaborating with Sales, Customer Advocacy, Field Marketing, and Global teams to drive pipeline sourced and influenced by partners. Who You Are: Holds a Bachelor’s degree. Possesses over 5 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing. Demonstrates a strong knowledge of Japan’s IT industry and channel dynamics. Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and possesses working proficiency in English. Has a proven track record of executing marketing programs that yield measurable business results. Exhibits strong project management capabilities and stakeholder collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Japan’s IT landscape and channel ecosystem, thriving in a hands-on role that promotes pipeline growth, partner engagement, and market expansion.

This position is part of our Japan Marketing team and requires close collaboration with Japan Sales, Customer Advocacy, Field Marketing, as well as APJ and Global teams, to create tailored partner marketing programs for the Japanese market.
