To further our mission, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Partnerships Manager. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Partnerships and is essential for driving the expansion of agebold's B2B partnerships.

The Role:

As a pivotal member of the Partnerships team, the Partnerships Manager will oversee and enhance the partnerships pipeline, managing everything from initial prospecting to contract finalization. This role is perfectly suited for an ambitious partnerships professional who excels in deal closure, maintains meticulous sales processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Partnerships and engage with cross-functional teams across B2B marketing, customer success, and product development to drive revenue growth while continuously refining our go-to-market strategies.

Key Outcomes:

  • Develop, manage, and propel a strong sales pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and engaging target accounts.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including outreach, discovery, pitching, follow-ups, contracting, and closing new business.
  • Uphold exceptional sales hygiene through diligent CRM usage, accurate pipeline tracking, and comprehensive documentation of next steps and deal statuses.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders regarding pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the B2B marketing team to support top-of-funnel initiatives, campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and meetings to generate new leads and enhance agebold's visibility within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Conduct ongoing research on the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and gather customer insights throughout the sales process; share findings with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate into pitches, positioning, and sales strategies.
