Your Role:

As a Passenger Services Agent, you will work collaboratively with various departments and airline representatives to ensure seamless service delivery. Your exceptional teamwork will be crucial in coordinating schedules, managing passenger flow, and addressing operational challenges. By fostering effective communication and support among team members, you will contribute significantly to creating a delightful travel experience for passengers while maintaining excellent service for our airline partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process passengers and their baggage efficiently for the correct flight per established procedures.
  • Verify passenger documentation ensuring adherence to immigration and security protocols.
  • Conduct security screenings with passengers in compliance with IAA Directives.
  • Assist passengers experiencing disruptions according to guidelines provided by Supervisors.
  • Provide special assistance to passengers with specific needs.
  • Manage the boarding process accurately to confirm passenger counts in line with safety protocols.
  • Deliver positive and friendly customer service at all times.
  • Meet and guide incoming passengers through immigration.
  • Uphold high grooming standards as per company policy.
  • Report any system errors or procedural discrepancies to your Supervisor.
  • Pay close attention to avoid duplicate check-in errors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned across departments.

  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
