GRAIL is in search of an ambitious and results-oriented Director of Payer Engagement to lead and expand our payer opportunities pipeline. This position is ideal for a proactive builder who thrives on generating momentum, fostering connections, and translating payer interest into successful coverage and access outcomes.

As the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving payer engagement forward, transcending traditional relationship management. This role demands intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and a strong focus on execution, coupled with the ability to navigate complex payer organizations, transforming initial discussions into concrete results. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Payer Engagement and play a pivotal role in shaping payer perceptions and enhancing adoption of our innovative products.

Remote work is permitted from your city and state, with occasional travel to GRAIL offices or other locations for work-related activities or team events.

The preferred candidate location includes Connecticut, New York, or other adjacent East Coast states.
