People & Talent Coordinator

We’re seeking a People & Talent Coordinator to serve as a vital generalist in Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Performance Programs, and People Operations. This role is crafted to enhance the effectiveness of the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Partner, ensuring operational excellence while fostering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
This position offers the opportunity to take charge of implementation, refine systems, and influence our organizational operations.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Act as the operational backbone of recruitment, allowing the team to concentrate on impactful tasks.
Oversee interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and interview panels.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication, preparation materials, and follow-ups.
Maintain ATS hygiene in Ashby (stages, notes, data accuracy).
Assist with offer coordination (documentation, approvals, compensation details).
Track candidates and maintain precise pipeline reporting.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
Contribute to maintaining alignment within the company by fostering a sense of information, connection, and engagement among employees.
