Join IFS as a Presales Solution Architect specializing in Manufacturing, where your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales teams and Business Architects. Your mission is to understand both prospect and customer business objectives, including their current state and future aspirations, to deliver tailored functional product solutions.
In this customer-facing role, you will present IFS solutions, ensuring clients receive the technical knowledge and value they expect. As a Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in both internal and client-facing product demonstrations and presentations.
- Providing detailed responses to technical inquiries in Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Supporting the technical qualification of sales opportunities.
- Leveraging expert knowledge of specific IFS products, industries, and services related to your area of expertise.
- Creating comprehensive end-to-end demonstrations that align with the key business initiatives of clients and prospects.
- Delivering successful Proof of Value presentations that connect with clients’ success criteria and business goals.
- Translating technical and business requirements into value-driven solutions for clients.
- Staying updated on all IFS products and services, including product roadmaps, through regular communication with Product Management.
- Utilizing insights from major customer needs to suggest commercially viable improvements for complex requirements, engaging senior management as necessary.
- Interacting with enterprise-level prospects and clients, ensuring a holistic approach that includes the integration of IFS solutions into broader environments.
- Understanding and demonstrating key metrics, KPIs, and business drivers relevant to IFS Industries.
- Partnering with the sales organization to fulfill customer technical needs.
- Maintaining a standard of excellence and passion in every customer engagement.
- Participating in both external and internal customer-facing events.
