What does the role entail?
As a Presales Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with various enterprise platforms including CCaaS, CRM, ERP, and beyond. Your role will involve aligning business requirements with technical capabilities, defining essential integrations, and ensuring robust scalability and security. You will lead teams through the pre-sales design process, focusing on AI, automation, and customer experience to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will facilitate a smooth transition between sales and service teams, ensuring flawless project delivery for our clients.
How will you make an impact?
- Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, create compelling proposals, and present innovative solutions, including RFPs/RFIs.
- Solution Design: Architect comprehensive CCaaS systems by defining technology stacks, integrations (telephony, CRM, AI), data flows, and security measures.
- Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of CCaaS platforms, AI/ML technologies (Agent Assist, Bots, Analytics), and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Documentation & Standards: Develop detailed solution blueprints and architectural documents, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Engage with sales, IT, product, and delivery teams while managing client relationships effectively.
- Implementation Oversight: Provide guidance during development, oversee migrations, and serve as a key technical leader and escalation point.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, positioning yourself as a thought leader internally and externally.

- Proven experience in architecture, solution design, and CCaaS technologies.
- Extensive expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs and ROI.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and enterprise governance.
- Familiarity with leading CCaaS vendors, AI/ML, and integration patterns.
