We are currently experiencing an exhilarating growth phase as we broaden our business operations and penetrate new markets in the UK and USA. We invite a dynamic Product Manager to join our Customer Success Team and contribute to this exciting journey.
Role and Responsibilities
- As the Product Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product range.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our product line, making strategic decisions informed by comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
- Develop and manage a roadmap that outlines the journey from product conception through design and into widespread release.
- This cross-functional role will require you to liaise effectively between various departments including Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations to successfully bring products to market.
- Your primary objective will be to create and launch products that meet customer needs, driving market share and overall success.
Day-to-Day Actions
- Oversee the Cross-Functional Product Management Process.
- Translate the business strategy into actionable product strategies.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap.
- Implement product strategies effectively.
- Lead initiatives across the organization to expedite product launches.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success, owning the business case.
- Provide valuable insights to stakeholders regarding the product, market trends, and commercial positioning.
- Supply product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messaging compared to competitors.
- Draft high-level requirements (User Stories) for Development Teams.
- Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback and addressing requirements and issues.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a dynamic product management role.
