YOUR ROLE AT H1
In your capacity as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping product positioning and messaging across diverse markets, while also creating go-to-market materials that empower our Commercial teams to effectively sell, support, and drive adoption of our innovative solutions. This dynamic role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement positioning and client-facing content for both new product launches and our existing offerings tailored to various verticals and customer segments.
- Regularly review and update existing materials to ensure that positioning reflects current market conditions, product modifications, and enhanced data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly articulate product capabilities and their value to customers, highlighting market differentiation.
- Construct compelling product messaging to support Business Development initiatives, content strategies, and Sales communication frameworks.
- Partner with the Enablement team to create essential resources such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Conduct internal product readiness and training sessions to equip customer-facing teams with the tools they need to effectively communicate value and secure deals.
- Gather feedback from the Commercial team to refine messaging, positioning, and enablement materials after product launch.
