Role Overview
In the role of Program Manager for Field Enablement Content, you will be a pivotal member of GitLab's Field Enablement team. Your focus will be on designing and delivering scalable enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams to articulate the strengths of GitLab's DevOps, Security, and AI-enhanced platform. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of content and initiatives that cover onboarding, product education, release readiness, revenue strategies, and ongoing reinforcement, ensuring teams can effectively communicate value throughout the customer purchasing journey.
Your collaboration will span across Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Monetization, and Field Leadership to introduce new offerings, product enhancements, and messaging to the market through well-defined, role-specific enablement. In this individual contributor position, you will employ instructional design, robust program management, and performance insights to craft learning experiences that are practical, accessible, and seamlessly integrated into the workflow of the field.
