The Program Manager will be responsible for spearheading the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within the organization. This pivotal role guarantees effective governance, timely delivery, and smooth communication with both internal teams and external clients. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, the Program Manager will provide consistent updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Governance & Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, and establish an integrated master plan with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Maintain a governance cadence through regular status reviews and risk forums, ensuring up-to-date dashboards are available.
- Client Relations: Serve as the SPOC for clients, fostering transparent communication. Provide regular updates on project progress, highlight potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Execution Management: Oversee multiple workstreams to ensure timely completion while resolving interdependencies. Foster collaboration across enabling units such as Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal. Ensure readiness of facilities and manage refurbishments and operational rollouts.
- Risk, Compliance & Quality: Maintain a proactive risk register with mitigation plans. Ensure completion of ISO documentation and readiness for audits. Collaborate with project managers to review work quality and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 27001, 14001, etc.).
- Financial & Resource Management: Plan and track program budgets against actuals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Collect feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage all external contracts with third-party vendors and subcontractors. Develop and publish standard reports and dashboards for senior management, including custom reports unique to specific projects.
