Job Title: Project Manager - ERP

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Months Contract


We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in ERP implementations, preferably with JDE or SAP platforms.


Summary


The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects that impact a diverse user base. The Project Manager will also manage communications between the project team and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead multiple concurrent projects utilizing formal project management methodologies.


• Maintain project controls to accurately reflect completed work in relation to project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring appropriate user/management involvement at key milestones.


• Manage project priorities, scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.


• Communicate project status, issues, and successes to the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee, and all levels of management, documenting as necessary.


• Track and manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.


• Develop Cutover Plans for successful project implementations.


• Supervise a Testing Lead through the various testing phases.


• Create project documentation and training materials as required.


• Enforce best practices and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company-wide standards.


• Provide management with regular updates on project progress and initiatives.
