This is a full-time position. We seek candidates located in San Antonio, who are enthusiastic about engaging with the community five days a week.
Role: Referral Partnerships Manager
In this role, you will play a key part in generating patient leads through community engagement and local partnerships.
As a Referral Partnerships Manager, your primary objective will be to enhance patient referrals to Alpaca Health by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare provider partners, including primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who direct their patients to us for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
The Referral Partnerships Manager will represent Alpaca Health in the community, developing and strengthening referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and local organizations to ensure a consistent flow of qualified client referrals for our partner providers.
This position is well-suited for someone who excels at relationship-building, recognizes the significance of trust in healthcare referrals, and possesses the vitality to be actively involved in the community most of the week.
In this capacity, you will take full ownership of cultivating connections with Alpaca Health's provider partners. While creativity in your engagement strategies is encouraged, your core responsibilities will include:
- Identifying Opportunities: Discover new potential provider partners through proactive research and outreach.
- Engaging & Activating: Connect with leads and onboard them as referral partners.
- Nurturing & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously develop existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other meaningful interactions.
