tgs is seeking a Regional SEO Team Lead based in Denver, Colorado. This senior leadership position focuses on advancing the quality, growth, and operational standards of SEO services across the Americas, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. The role covers Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and AIO/GEO/LLM strategies.
The Regional SEO Team Lead manages a regional team, delivering services that align with global SEO frameworks while adapting to local needs. This person reports to the Global Director of Digital Strategy and acts as a key link between global strategy and regional execution. The position also shares responsibility for client retention, margin targets, and overall agency profitability.
What You Will Do
Regional SEO Leadership
- Direct all aspects of SEO delivery in your region, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and AIO/GEO initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with global frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards set by the Global SEO Team and Global Director of Digital Strategy.
- Work with global and regional colleagues to develop and refine SOPs, improving efficiency and consistency across teams.
- Manage regional resources, capacity planning, and prioritize SEO projects.
Financial & Commercial Accountability
- Ensure projects and deliverables stay within set metrics and budget limits.
- Oversee accurate time tracking for the team to support precise project markup, analyze performance, and address inefficiencies.
- Spot opportunities for account growth, and support pre-sales activities such as scoping, quoting, and proposal creation.
- Optimize use of internal resources and manage vendor outsourcing, ensuring compliance with guidelines for timely project delivery and revenue recognition.
Operational Management & Team Development
- Mentor and manage SEO specialists, building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Set clear training agendas and SMART objectives for each team member’s growth.
- Coordinate with Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, AIO/GEO, Content, UX/CRO, and Paid Media teams to deliver unified SEO strategies.
- Support improvements in outsourcing processes, vendor management, and quality control across the region.
Client Engagement & Collaboration
- Participate in key client conversations, including strategy reviews, technical updates, and performance reporting to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
