Qualifications

Must be passionate about supporting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to acquire CPR and First Aid certifications, along with a recent Tuberculosis test. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various tasks (sitting, bending, lifting, etc.). Ability to lift and carry objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding position, you will work directly with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will involve employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek compassionate and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to help children realize their full potential.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide extensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child. Please note that the position requires physical stamina, as you will be actively engaging with children. Comfort with standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds is essential.
