In this fulfilling role, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be on employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to support each child, regardless of previous experience. Given the nature of working with children, you should be prepared for physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
