Your Responsibilities
You will be part of the Out of Home department, responsible for all locations where customers can send or pick up their parcels, except at home. You will report directly to the Manager of Out of Home Network and collaborate closely with the internal team and other account managers nationwide.
As a Retail Account Manager, you will manage the DPD presence in Eastern Netherlands (Overijssel & Gelderland). Your role includes ensuring our parcel points and lockers are positioned effectively and fostering partnerships with local entrepreneurs. You will independently plan your work week within your territory, create efficient routes, and visit various businesses. Your goal is to convince entrepreneurs of DPD's advantages and maintain accurate customer records at the end of the day. Additionally, you will ensure thorough and complete administration.
Your Key Tasks
- Visit existing and potential DPD parcel points in your region.
- Actively reach out to entrepreneurs and persuade them to partner with DPD.
- Identify suitable locations for parcel lockers.
- Maintain sustainable customer relationships and expand your network.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
- Ensure accurate and complete administration.
