Key responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism
  • Maintaining daily communication with customers, internal sales executives, suppliers, and all relevant teams to ensure smooth data and sales support workflows
  • Conducting outbound calls to both existing and potential customers, effectively expanding your customer database
  • Managing various customer transactions including pricing, credits, sales orders, invoices, returns, and card payments
  • Providing exceptional customer support by efficiently processing all sales inquiries
  • Keeping updated on technical knowledge across a diverse range of products
  • Safeguarding customer records and company files with utmost responsibility
  • Prior experience in internal sales is a plus
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and listening skills
  • Possessing a polite, friendly telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude and high motivation levels
  • Being well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Thriving in a fast-paced team environment
  • Being target-oriented
  • Offering expert advice and selling the latest gadgets, including PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Apple accessories to trade customers
