Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to assess their current and future requirements, proposing tailored products, services, and upgrades to enhance revenue streams for the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained while seeking opportunities to engage in clients' strategic business planning.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Oversee the development of sales proposals, tenders/bids, and contracts.
  • Draft account and opportunity plans effectively.
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support teams to address technical concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, leads, and opportunities, as well as manage client information efficiently.
  • Systematically archive offers, proposals, and relevant documents within our CRM system.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and vendors, identifying areas of mutual interest to maintain productive business relationships.
