What You'll Do
As the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing Sales Development team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and committed to enhancing both individual and team outcomes. Success in this role hinges on exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on innovation and experimentation. You will engage directly with Sales leaders, marketing teams, and executives to refine this critical business function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an SDR team to meet monthly and quarterly quotas
- Effectively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop SDRs to ensure their early success
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development while fostering an inclusive and engaged team environment
- Report individual and team performance metrics to senior leadership, identifying strengths and opportunities for growth
- Maintain daily activity goals and provide comprehensive reporting for various business stakeholders; ensure adherence to strategic objectives
