POSITION SUMMARY:
We are in search of a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can effectively identify and qualify potential customers eager to take advantage of our products and services. As the initial point of contact for prospects, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excelling in researching leads, initiating relationships, and enabling our sales closers to achieve success.
As an SDR, you will be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, capable of presenting our offerings in an engaging manner. Each potential customer represents an opportunity for you to enhance top-line revenue, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.
Under the guidance of the SDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving a steady pipeline and revenue for the organization, with accountability for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Consistently meet KPIs (talk time, meetings scheduled)
- Achieve monthly quota targets (Sales Accepted Leads)
- Fulfill other assigned duties

Job Responsibilities
- Represent our products and services, starting with a thorough understanding of our product suite and how our solutions address customer needs
- Generate leads and foster relationships by nurturing warm prospects and exploring new potential sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, collaborating with our Regional Sales Managers for subsequent steps in the sales process
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation strategies
