The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives. Your role will involve engaging potential clients, conducting research, and initiating conversations that create new business opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough research and developing targeted prospect lists for clients' tech products or services.
- Engaging with potential clients through tailored outreach efforts to identify sales opportunities.
- Qualifying prospects and facilitating their progression to the next stage by scheduling meetings with the client's Account Executives.
- Continuously honing your sales development expertise while exploring exciting career paths within high-tech sales.
Training:
Every new Sales Development Representative at memoryBlue begins their career with a paid entry into our Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with vital tools, skills, and strategies that contribute to sustained success.
- Your journey starts with a 4-day Bootcamp led by experienced facilitators, focusing on hands-on learning and real-time role plays to master the essentials of prospecting. You'll walk away with a detailed prospecting playbook and call templates.
- Following the Bootcamp, you’ll spend the next twelve weeks applying your skills in Foundations sessions, which include coaching, call breakdowns, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
Throughout your time with us, you'll work towards earning your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, demonstrating your expertise in crucial sales development areas.
