About the Role

  • We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in high call volume scenarios, and demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $75,000. Consistent achievement of targets may lead to advancement to a Senior SDR role.

Where You'll Work

  • This is an in-office role. From Monday to Thursday, we gather at 7 AM PST in our Culver City office, while Fridays are designated for remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification to scheduling demos for our Account Executives.

  • Engage in outbound sales through various methods including cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

  • Continuously refine sales messaging and strategies to meet sales objectives.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales with sales enablement tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of daily cold calls (both office and mobile).

  • Experience in creating and executing sales sequences, including copywriting and testing.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, as you will be one of the early sales hires.

  • A strong desire to evolve into a full-cycle sales role and close deals.

  • A passion for working within a small, agile, and innovative startup environment.

  • Self-sufficient and capable of finding solutions independently when necessary.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
