Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical expert throughout the sales process, working in tandem with Sales to design, articulate, and validate client integrations. Conduct discovery sessions to ascertain client integration preferences, including client-side pixels, server-to-server postbacks, and bespoke reporting needs. Propose measurement and attribution solutions that align with each client’s business objectives and technical setup. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges related to data flow, event firing, attribution, and reporting accuracy. Translate intricate technical concepts into straightforward, client-friendly language to foster trust and enhance deal confidence. Collaborate across departments including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to communicate client requirements and integration feedback. Stay informed about advertising technology, programmatic advertising, privacy regulations, and measurement best practices to guide solutions and recommendations. Document best practices, integration patterns, and technical solutions for both internal teams and clients. Qualifications: 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management). Strong knowledge of the digital media and advertising landscape, with experience engaging customers and agencies in discussions about digital media, including CTV advertising.
