About the Role

To bolster sales operations and improve pre- and post-sales support, our client is on the lookout for a Sales Manager/Associate. This pivotal role involves managing existing customer relationships, sourcing and onboarding new partners, and delivering comprehensive technical and commercial support. The ideal candidate will possess a robust commercial acumen paired with a technical foundation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new customer relationships (distributors/OEMs)
  • Offering commercial and technical assistance to distributors and partners throughout Italy
  • Proactively seeking out and engaging potential customers
  • Responding to inquiries and providing technical insights regarding the product line
  • Crafting and executing innovative sales strategies to strengthen key account engagement
  • Delivering daily performance reports and communicating customer feedback to the country manager
  • Managing various office-related tasks as needed
