We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic sales team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In this role, you will engage with industry-leading telematics solutions and refine your B2B sales acumen.
At Teltonika, our telematics division is dedicated to designing and manufacturing user-friendly GPS tracking devices that facilitate efficient fleet management across various sectors including logistics, agriculture, car sharing, and construction. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication, presentations, and site visits.
- Draft commercial proposals and ensure contract execution to meet sales targets.
- Represent Teltonika and its innovative product solutions at international exhibitions and meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team and product specialists to meet customer needs effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
- Strong desire to excel in B2B sales (prior sales experience is a plus).
- Organized, goal-oriented, and driven to overcome challenges.
- Aim to generate significant income by tapping into foreign markets with cutting-edge products.
- Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan and across Central Asia.
