The Scaled Account Specialist is pivotal in driving growth at Lucid Software by helping customers appreciate the value of our offerings and expanding their use across their teams and organizations. This role entails leading the strategic growth and management of Lucid’s Small and Midsize Business accounts through efficient, operational engagement. The Transactional Business Team represents a scaled, operational sales force that generates revenue by managing a vast portfolio of low-touch accounts through automated outreach and targeted direct engagement. The emphasis is on operational account management at scale, rather than individual deal-based selling.
As the primary contact for a substantial portfolio of low-touch accounts, the Scaled Account Specialist oversees the commercial lifecycle aspects of these accounts, including renewals, expansions, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. This role is integral in executing Lucid’s go-to-market strategy by meticulously managing accounts, ensuring that SMB customers receive timely, value-driven engagement that optimizes retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
