Currently, hundreds of companies, ranging from scale-ups to large corporates, utilize our software, and we are experiencing significant growth. Thus, we are looking to expand our sales team, are you our new Senior Business Development Representative?
Together, we make a difference, here's what you'll do:
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads and converting them into appointments. You will design sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone, continuously seeking organizations that align well with our value proposition and ideal customer profile. You will conduct introductory calls to qualify leads, first alongside an Account Executive and eventually independently. For qualified leads, you will hand them off to an Account Executive. You will work independently, take responsibility, and contribute to process improvements.
Your average workweek will look something like this:
Designing sales campaigns, reaching out to leads (email/phone/LinkedIn), and scheduling appointments (60%)
Conducting introductory calls with leads to qualify based on selection criteria (30%)
Supporting sales colleagues in preparing meetings, such as setting up trial accounts or creating business cases (10%)
