Securing new contract business
Strategically positioning consultants for current and future opportunities
Proactively generating market demand
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development as the Primary Focus
- Identify and secure new contract opportunities within:
- The Salesforce ecosystem (System Integrators and end clients)
- IBM Maximo / EAM clientele & partners
- Build and nurture relationships with:
- System Integrators
- Consulting Partners
- End Clients
- Other Recruiters (for collaboration and split deals)
- Drive outbound initiatives:
- LinkedIn engagement
- Email campaigns
- Market research and mapping
Proactive Opportunity Generation (Our Key Distinction)
- Monitor live job postings on various job boards
- Pinpoint roles where we can immediately deploy consultants
- Align available consultants with these roles
- Proactively reach out to:
- Hiring managers
- Recruiters
- Talent acquisition teams
Your goal: Transform job postings into lucrative business opportunities

Consultant Placement & Bench Sales
- Actively market available consultants to potential clients
- Utilize a candidate-centric sales approach:
- Present qualified consultants even before roles are available
- Cultivate demand around exceptional profiles
