Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Director of Integrated Brand Marketing to enhance and elevate the Thrive Causemetics brand across all consumer interactions. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our brand strategy and oversee our PR, influencer partnerships, and organic social media initiatives, aiming to boost brand visibility, enhance cultural relevancy, and foster a deeper emotional connection with our community. This role transcends simple campaign management; you will be accountable for tangible business outcomes such as revenue growth and measurable marketing impacts.

You will also play a vital role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies as we expand our retail presence, ensuring that our brand resonates strongly on retail shelves through compelling in-store narratives and targeted retail campaigns.
