Formulate and direct account growth strategies by identifying and pursuing opportunities that drive sustainable revenue and enhance client engagement. Lead executive presentations, annual planning sessions, and long-term commercial strategy discussions. Shape market positioning by contributing to thought leadership and go-to-market strategies that resonate with the evolving dynamics of the life sciences industry. Commercial Sales Operations StrategyProvide executive oversight and advisory leadership as necessary.

About the job

Tegra Analytics is on the lookout for a Senior Director to spearhead and enhance strategic partnerships with life sciences clients in areas such as Commercial Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, and Data & Analytics.

This executive role requires serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, HR, Finance, and C-suite positions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading your team effectively. This position demands a blend of strategic vision, operational acumen, and analytical precision to provide scalable, impactful solutions in complex commercial contexts.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in life sciences commercial operations, a proven track record in P&L management and client portfolio leadership, and experience in guiding large, multi-workstream engagements within a consulting or advisory role.
