Your Role

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Acquisition, you will lead the engineering group driving Brex's growth engine. This pivotal role encompasses strategic planning, team management, technical mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. We're seeking a seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record in driving growth.

Work Environment

This position will be located in our Seattle office. We operate in a hybrid model, blending the collaborative spirit of in-office work with the flexibility of remote arrangements. Currently, we require a minimum of two in-office days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Starting February 2, 2026, we will transition to three days in-office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, enjoy the benefit of up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers, Salesforce admins, and developers, supporting their career advancement through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
  • Drive the architectural vision, technical roadmap, and project execution for our Salesforce platform, GTM applications, and Brex.com, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Champion and integrate AI-native solutions to enhance our platform and drive innovation.
