Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will build high-quality features across the stack, set code quality standards, and help junior engineers adopt AI-assisted development. About one third of the role focuses on CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure setup.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and ship full-stack features, owning the process from requirements to production monitoring.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, enabling junior engineers to deploy independently using GitHub Actions and Docker.
- Set up monitoring and alerting before releases, and lead incident response to prevent repeat issues.
- Build automation tools that reduce manual work, tracking hours saved each month.
- Review code and document best practices for AI-assisted development within the team.
- Make independent architectural decisions about databases, authentication, and the tech stack’s direction.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
- 3–7 years developing full-stack features across both frontend and backend.
- Hands-on experience in production with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or Flask, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Solid background with GitHub Actions, Docker, and containerization for production deployments.
- At least 6 months of daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
- Track record of spotting and fixing quality issues before code reaches production.
