Growth Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies for acquisition, onboarding, and retention across various channels including organic and paid search, web, email, social media, and display. Channel Testing & Analytics: Quickly identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to enhance growth. Establish a framework for rapid experimentation and evaluation of channel efficacy. Database Activation: Implement strategies to re-engage dormant leads and existing customers. Conversion Rate and Funnel Optimization: Manage website optimization and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to enhance the self-serve (PLG) signup and onboarding processes. Paid Acquisition: Formulate and oversee comprehensive paid acquisition strategies to drive new customer engagement across search, social, display, and affiliate platforms.

About the Team/Role

Checkr is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead pipeline development and self-serve revenue growth for our Truework division. Reporting to Checkr’s Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, this pivotal role will be key in crafting and scaling strategies for acquisition, onboarding, and retention across various growth marketing channels, including SEO, AEO, website conversion optimization, paid search, paid social & display, affiliate marketing, and email outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded background in growth marketing and be adept at leading high-priority initiatives in ambiguous environments. You will operate with significant autonomy, forge strong cross-functional alliances (with teams including Product, PMM, Sales, Brand/Creative, RevOps, Data, Web/Eng), and deliver tangible results aligned with company KPIs.
