Recruitment Process Overview:
- Recruiter Screen: Our recruiter will connect with you to learn more about your background and check for a potential fit. This also provides a chance for you to ask questions about the role and company. Expect this first call to last about 60 minutes.
- Technical Interview 1: In this session, one of our software consultants will delve deeper into your experience and what you can bring to our team, lasting approximately 90 minutes.
- Technical Interview 2: Another in-depth discussion with our tech leads will follow, also lasting around 90 minutes.
- Final Interview: Congratulations on reaching the last stage! This informal chat will allow you to meet our leadership team and discuss potential collaboration, lasting about 30 minutes.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate backend software engineer with expertise in Java and MongoDB, as well as a strong interest in emerging technologies. Leveraging your knowledge, you will assist clients in adopting the latest MongoDB version across their applications. You will actively participate in team discussions and code reviews, collaborating with colleagues to prioritize and deliver valuable features for our clients. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced developers.
